LAGREE IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WORKOUT

 

Both workouts strengthen the body, improve posture and body awareness, are safe for joints, require no prior preparation, and use springs and a moving platform. But the similarities end there.

 

Compared to most forms of reformer Pilates, a Lagree workout:
